Creamy Potato Hamburger Soup

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

2 carrots, peeled and diced

2 stalks celery, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Cook Beef: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned.

Add Vegetables: Stir in carrots and celery, cook for 5 more minutes.

Thicken Soup: Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir to coat evenly. Pour in beef broth.

Add Potatoes and Season: Put in potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
