1 lb ground beef
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

4 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 carrots, peeled and diced
2 stalks celery, diced

1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
