Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces

3/4 cup onion, finely chopped

1 can (14 oz.) coconut milk

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cups cooked brown rice

Spices:

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped jalapeno peppers. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add chopped onions and cook until they turn translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
