Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Season shrimp with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
